MASARU'S TWO YEARS OLD AND HE'S HAD THE SAME DISGUSTING VOICEBANK FOR AGES.

So I hope updating him to ACT2 and developing his Serene Append makes up for it!

I haven't really dedicated much time towards Masaru after his initial release and that's excluding any character development he's had in the past two years. So this year I'm hoping to try and make up for it, hell I'm gonna try and make up for my absence from last year with this year too. Providing that University doesn't hit me like a monster truck, (again) I'm hoping to try and put more time and effort into my UTAUloids and maybe step back into the community. We'll just have to wait and see what this semester will bring.

Apologies for the poor-ass background. I spent like three or four hours on Masaru alone and I kinda ran outta steam at the very end haha.
